The F.J. Westcott Company Announces Retirement of Kelly Mondora, President of Westcott

MAUMEE, OH – January 1, 2017 – Kelly Mondora, President and Chief Operating Officer of the F.J. Westcott Company, has announced her retirement after a remarkable 19 years of service.

“Kelly Mondora is a highly dedicated and passionate professional who has devoted her entire career to Westcott,” said Thomas Waltz, Founder, Executive Chairman, and CEO of Westcott. “I want to honor with respect, admiration, and affection, a very great woman of the Westcott organization. I wish Kelly every happiness and success in this new life that lies ahead of her.”

Kelly has been a prime figure in leading Westcott’s growth and success. In 1998 she began her Westcott career as a Customer Service Representative before progressing rapidly in the company. She became Director of Operations and then Vice President of Westcott before being appointed President in 2013. Among the innovative, award-winning products introduced by Westcott under Kelly’s leadership were the Spiderlite, Photo Basics, Ice Light, and Flex LED.

“Kelly Mondora’s legacy at Westcott goes beyond even her extraordinary business success and professional achievements,” said Jeff Cohen, Chief Financial Officer of Westcott. “Over the course of her career, Kelly trained, mentored, and developed several generations of talent, who have in turn gone on to have remarkable careers and will continue contributing to Westcott’s ongoing success. Westcott founder Tom Waltz will continue his role as Executive Chairman and CEO. Eric Eggly will become Chief Product and Brand Officer, and Jeff Cohen, a Westcott associate since 1991, will become Chief Operating and Financial Officer.
